I have read the Investment Schemes details and agree the following:

a) These terms and Conditions will form part of the Agreement between myself/ourselves and Abebi Omobowale Farms Limited;

b) I authorise the Management of Abebi Omobowale Farms Limited to carry out any investigation as they may deem necessary into my identity and the source of my investment;

c) My investment cannot be withdrawn before the end of the Scheme term; and

d) Incomes from the investment scheme and the return of capital at the end of the Scheme term will be paid directly into:

i) Individual Investor – My nominated bank account in Nigeria; or

ii) Corporate Investor – The Group’s nominated bank account in Nigeria.
