To be nominated for this prestigious award the faculty member should:
1. Maintains current EMS Professional Status
2. Maintains current EMS Instructor/Coordinator Status
3. Maintain high professional and academic achievement standards
4. Maintain professional and academic rapport with colleagues and students
5. Assumes/Volunteers for Leadership role in times of Adversity
6. Provides support and assistance for fellow Instructors in need
7. Be able to provide evidence of college service/facility
8. Be able to provide evidence of community service
9. Provides Leadership within department and community
10. Be known for a positive, caring, and inspiring attitude
