Poster Request For Proposal

Please note:

We are looking for proposals from Industry Employees, Faculty, Graduate, Undergraduate, and High School Students in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, as well as Science Education and Math Education.

-Posters will be displayed or presented at the Colorado Convention Center 9am-4pm on October 24^th-25^th, 2008. Presenters have the option of staying with their poster.

-Posters should be tailored to an educated, non-expert audience.

-Typical posters are approximately 3’ X 4’ and will be displayed on ½ of a floor standing bulletin board 48’W96’L78’H.

All applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday September 1, 2008. Notification of approval will be e-mailed to all primary contacts by September 15, 2008

Primary presenters are responsible for notifying all co-presenters about poster status and event information. Details about poster set-up and location will be included with acceptance notices. You must confirm your participation by September 30, 2008.

-All fields must be completed to submit this form. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
