Using Benefits

The information provided on this form will be used to prepare your enrollment certification/verification. To process your certification, all fields must be completed and submitted to the Veteran & Military Services office once you register for classes. You are required to report any subsequent changes to your enrollment (e.g. number of credits, withdrawals, additions, etc.) to the Veteran & Military Services office. If Veteran & Military Services does not have your certificate of eligibility (letter from the VA) for VA benefits on file, you will not be certified for any classes, unless the Veteran Coordinator approves it in writing.

Please indicate the number of credits you anticipate taking this semester. REMINDER if you register for classes online for CGCE you must reply to the email you receive that you will be using State or VA benefit. If you owe anything and do not pay within 5 days you will be charged a late fee and it will not be waived. If you don’t owe and do not reply to the email you will be charged a late fee.

  • Confirm that all the information is factual
  • Understand your rights and responsibilities under the VA education and State NG T & F program, as applicable.
  • Ensure you enroll in courses that will apply to your program/study of major.
  • Responsible for reporting any changes, in writing, in your academic status to Veteran Services
  • If using NG T & F, understand that the reimbursement/waiver form must be submitted prior to or at the time of registration.
  • Confirm that you want to use your VA education benefits and or NG T & F reimbursement
  • Understand that if you plan on taking classes at another school, you must follow a process
