Please utilize this form to submit availability to Butler County EMS for your EMS Education Clinical Ride-Along scheduling.

Before you submit your availability, please note the following:

1.          All EMS Clinicals with Butler County EMS are from 8 am to 8 pm. No overnight ride clinicals will be granted.

2.          Butler County EMS has several locations where you could be assigned to ride. You are NOT allowed to request a location for assignment.

3.          You MUST submit a total of four (4) days of availability, with two (2) dates each month.  You will NOT be riding all of these dates, but the dates selected for you will be chosen from the preferred dates you submit.

4.          AT LEAST TWO of your available days should be a weekday.

5.          You are NOT allowed to sign up on any class days. (this includes your mandatory Saturday Classes)

6.          You will have two (2) months open to submit availability, and may submit availability for both months by the first deadline, however, we will only publish the schedule monthly. 

7.          There will be NO exceptions for late submissions.

8.          Below are the addresses of Butler county EMS stations and a phone number for sick calls. If you can not make it to your scheduled clinical assignment, contact your instructor and the duty supervisor @ 322-5049.

             Station 3 – 911 N Andover Rd, Andover, Ks

 

2019 Spring EMT Course ride-along Clinicals will be from

March 1, 2019  through April 30, 2019         

Please make sure your requests are within this date range.

1. Requests for March availability MUST be submitted by February 22,2019

2. Requests for April availability MUST be submitted by                    March 22, 2019

The deadline to request ride-along Clinicals is March 22, 2019.  Requests made after this date will not be accepted. 
Make sure you enter your email address correctly. Your registration will fail if you do not submit a correct and valid email address.
In the menu below, please indicate your enrollment and ride-along preference. We will ensure all students have the opportunity to meet minimum requirements & extra ride-alongs will be scheduled depending on volume and availability.
 

Please indicate your preferred ride-along dates. Remember, make ups are rarely granted, so choose carefully. You should provide four dates to ensure you will receive at least one match.
