Thank you for submitting the online Waiting List request for your child to attend Indian Hills Summer Camp. Since we cannot anticipate when cancellations may occur, you will be contacted if a space becomes available for your camper. Please do not contact IHC regarding the wait list status. We are eager to see as many kids as possible at camp, so we will be sure to contact you as soon as an opening is available. You may be contacted up to the evening of check-in (June 20th or July 4th or July 11th), and in some cases the Monday morning/first full day of camp if there are cancellations. A common question asked by parents is, “Where is my camper on the waiting list?” The waiting list for summer camp is unique. Campers on the waiting list are matched based on several factors that impact the available spaces (i.e. age, gender, date, counselors, grade, etc). This results in our registration team matching the waiting list camper to the right space based on those unique parameters. The end result is that campers are not placed in numerical order on a particular list, but rather matched appropriately to the available space. If a matching space becomes available our registration team will be sure to contact the parent/guardian. Thank you!
