NOTE: Payment is by Credit Card or PayPal. 
You will be directed to Paypal to make your payment before you can complete your registration. PLEASE HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS READY when you start to fill in the form - otherwise you may have to re-submit it.
 
<br>Refund Policy: If a program does not fill to its minimum required capacity two weeks prior to its start, CPSS reserves the right to cancel the program and to refund program fees in full. (Thankfully we have never had to do this to date!)  If the participant needs to withdraw from a program: More than 10 business days (M-F) prior to course start date: A full refund (less a 20% administration fee per program) will be issued for each program cancellation two or more weeks prior to the program start. Ten or fewer business days (M-F) prior a course start date: No refunds will be issued for a withdrawal from a program with less than two weeks notice prior to the start date. A refund may be considered based on the following: 1. Receipt of written medical recommendation from a Doctor.  - If the program has not commenced a full refund (less a 10% fee if payment was made online.)
