Qualified investors must register with the seller in order to access* the database of available loans and REO.  Once registered, we'll cherry pick the loans or properties that fit your criteria (loan balance, city, state, zip code, property type etc.) so you can submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for only the assets that you want.  Registered buyers can also request direct access* to the database.

MINIMUM PORTFOLIO SIZE: $5,000,000.

Available properties: commercial, multi-family, gravel pits, office, hotel, SFRs, performing loans and non-performing loans, short sales.  Close in 30 days of proof of funds.  LOI required for leveraged transactions.
