Agreement Completing and sending the “Ministry Request Form” initiates the process of having the Scataglini(s) minister at your meeting. Once the invitation has been reviewed and if we are able to accept it, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. By checking the Agreement boxes below, you are stating that you have thoroughly read and agree to the terms set forth in the Travel Information Sheet.
