2019 Golf Registation Form

Register here for the 2019 "Swing into Education" Scholarship Golf Tournament scheduled Friday, June 21st, 2019 at Duck Creek Golf Course in Davenport, Iowa. Shot-gun start at noon! (Arrive by 11am to get signed in and receive your goody bag.) Enjoy Famous Dave's BBQ at the 19th hole. Lots of sought-after prizes including two hole-in-one opportunities. You could win a new Ford or $5000! Early Birdy registration just $85 per golfer until June 7th. Regular price is $100. You can pay for yourself or for your entire team of four. Your donation to QC United is tax deductable. You will receive verification of your registration through an email. Thanks for supporting college scholarships for local students.
