PAWS does not pay for services, reimburse clients or Veterinarians when using these vouchers. Clients are responsible for all charges. Please read below for full instructions.

To receive your voucher, vet list, and instructions, please complete the form below. Please be sure to input your email address correctly or you will not receive your voucher. If you do not receive your voucher within a day, please email spayneuter@pawsofpa.org to let us know.

Our voucher is good for a discount on surgery costs and vaccinations only, however, we do not set the costs and they can vary. We recommend calling around to various Veterinarians from our participating Veterinarians list, and obtaining current pricing prior to scheduling. You will be responsible for all charges, so be sure you ask for their discounts prior to scheduling. You will also want to inquire as to extra charges, as many do require an office visit fee, bloodwork or other services in addition to the surgery charges.
