The more practices you buy, the cheaper price per practice. Age group is based off the age you played club this year. Athletes will be divided into different courts based off skill level. Approximately 6 athletes per court. If less than 6 athletes register, the group will not go ahead. Sessions: • U13/14 Girls: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 430pm-6pm. July 22-August 21. • U15 Girls: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6pm-730pm. July 22-August 21. • U13/14/15 Boys: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 430pm-6pm. July 22-August 21. • U16/17/18 Girls: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6pm-730pm. July 15-August 21. • U16/17/18 Boys: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6pm-730pm. July 15-August 21.

Terms and Conditions - The applicant understands that risk is inherent in any physical activity and agrees that the Volleydome and/or any individual connected with them will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss however caused. By registering for a session with the Volleydome I accept personal responsibility for my participation in any activities and I agree to do so at my own risk. The Volleydome will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or ambulance service in connection with such participation. There will be no refunds/rescheduling for poor weather. The sessions will be cancelled if less than 5 athletes sign up for group. I understand that every attempt will be made to contact the guardian or emergency contact should any emergency medical treatment or services be necessary. In the event that I or my alternate contact can not be reached, I give full consent for any licensed emergency service/medical personnel to provide treatment or service necessary to maintain the health of my child. Applicant agrees to permit the Volleydome to take photographs of your son or daughter, which may be used on our website or for promotional purposes. Cancellation accepted until the April 30 before start date and is subject to a $20 admin fee. No refunds after that except for medical reasons.
