1) You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 21 years of age to participate on the Program.
2) You must not be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one until after one (1) year after the initial broadcast of the episodes of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.
3) You must not be presently in a committed relationship.
4) All participants will be subject to background and other checks.
5) You may not participate in Holidate ("Program") if your participation would create impropriety or the appearance of impropriety. In making this determination, Summerdale Productions ("Producer") will consider whether you or any member of your immediate family or anyone living in your household is or has been within the last two (2) years an employee, officer, director or agent of Producer, or any person or entity involved in the development, production, administration, sponsorship, distribution or other exploitation of the Program;
6) If selected as a participant you agree to execute additional releases, consents and waivers agreements as may be required by Producer.

By submitting your photograph (“Photograph”), you hereby grant to ABC Media Productions, Producer and other authorized users (“AMP”) the perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide right and license to use, edit, reproduce and exhibit your Photograph for and in connection with the program presently entitled “Holidate” and otherwise (the “Program”). You represent and warrant that you have exclusive rights in and to the Photograph including, without limitation, the right to grant the rights granted herein, and you release ABC Media Productions from any and all liability in connection with your application for and/or participation in connection with the Program.
