***A completed online Renewal Award Application (this form)
***A copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) from www.fafsa.gov for 2013-2014
***A copy of your college's Financial Aid Award statement, including Cost of Attendance for 2013-2014. If your Financial Aid is not ready yet, submit the renewal application before the deadline and send your Financial Aid as soon as you can.
***A transcript from 2012-2013.
Please Note: A SAR is required UNLESS you were awarded a scholarship based on Merit Only and the donor provided a built-in renewal.
