Please complete the attendance form below for the upcoming 4th Brigade JSOCC 504-19 Summer Training Workshop. The training is scheduled for 22-26 July 2019 in Hickory, NC. One instructor per school and the DAI from each DAI Office are required to attend. Instructors WILL ATTEND this training on an ALTERNATING basis. Also, please use proper capitalization (NOT ALL CAPS), punctuation and do not use abbreviations while completing the online form as we will use this information to produce your training certificate. So, if your spelling or capitalization is wrong, your training certificate will be as well. Be sure to click on the submit button at the bottom of the form once complete. Additionally, there will not be a formal dinner during this workshop, only an informal meet & greet.
