Terms and Conditions By submitting this repair quote request you understand and acknowledge the following: 1) All repair quotes will have a $30 inspection fee. This will apply towards the cost of the repair. In the event that you wish to not have the device repaired. The $30 inspection fee will apply. 2) You are responsible to back-up all of your current device content. Any content on the device when it is sent in for repair may be inadvertently rendered inaccessible due to the severity and intensity of the repair process. 3) Any severe pre-existing conditions of the device in question, such as: Water Damage, Software Tampering, Impact Damage, etc. May render the device permanently disabled or inaccessible. Sky Wireless Management, Staff or its agents, are exempt of any liabilities due to the aforementioned conditions. 4) You will be required to respond via email or phone call to confirm costs of the repair or decline service on your device. 5) Sky Wireless will provide a ninety (90) day warranty on specific repair work done. This warranty begins from the date we advise that the device has been repaired and ready for pick up. 6) You must retain proof of payment and the repair report in order to claim the warranty.
