DISCOUNTS
•5% discount on each additional child in the
same family enrolled on the same days,
in the same session.
•Early Bird rate applies if payment is
paid in full by February 28, 2017
• Discount tuition applies if transportation
is provided by parents to and from camp
and are using the regular camp hours.
(Additional rate applies to campers
using extended care and providing their own
transportation.)
•10% discount for Leadership 2017
EXTENSIONS
•Extensions are charged on a per week basis.
Parents must call camp office one week
before extension date. Campers will be
extended, provided that space is available.
All extension payments must be received
and paid in full prior to the extension week.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
There is a $20 registration fee per camper
•$200.00 deposit is required for each camper
enrolled. This deposit is comprised of a
$150.00 refundable deposit until May 1st,
and a $50.00 non-refundable admin fee.
The $200 portion of deposit will be applied to
tuition amount. After May 1st the full $200 is
nonrefundable. If a camper cancels from
May 1st to June 1st, 50% of all additional fees
over the $200 deposit paid are refundable.
If a camper cancels after June 1st all fees and
deposit paid are non-refundable. All deposits
will go towards the balance of fees.
•The early bird tuition is due in full by
February 28, 2017
•The regular rate full tuition is due by
May 20th, 2017.
•I agree to pay any outstanding balances
by their due dates.
•I agree to pay $20 late fee for all balances over
30 days past due.
•There will be a $20 returned check fee.
•Any changes made after enrollment will be
charged a $20.00 administrative fee.
•Make checks payable to Camp Summertime.
MAKE-UP DAYS AND ABSENCES
•If a camper misses any camp days, he/she must
make-up those missed days in the session he/she
is enrolled in.
•Campers cannot make up missed days from
their enrolled sessions later in the summer.
•Absences that are not made up in summer 2017
will be forfeited and no credit or refund will be
given.
•If a camper will be missing a week during the
session because of pre-arranged vacation plans,
please indicate (on this form), the week your child
will be missing and the week you would like
him/her to make up. Transportation will be
provided if room is available on the bus.
•If vacation plans are made after camp begins or your
child is sick, missed days can be made up.
Transportation may not be provided.
•Parents must call the camp office two days prior to a
make-up day.
•Make up days, refunds or credits are not available for
5 day a week campers.
WITHDRAWALS
•If the camper discontinues camp after camp session
has started, there will be no refunds or credit.
• I understand that Camp Summertime reserves the right
to dismiss a camper whose conduct is dangerous, illegal,
or, in the discretion of the Camp Director, detrimental to
the camp and/or to other campers or otherwise
unsatisfactory. The unused tuition will not be refunded.
GENERAL MATTERS
•I understand and acknowledge that certain camp activities
(whether or not listed in the camp brochure), including but
not limited to horseback riding, go-carts, surfing, hiking, etc.
have an increased risk of injury. The camper’s family
accident and medical insurance shall be the primary source
of payment for any accident, injury or illness arising while
attending camp.
•I understand that Camp Summertime does attend some
offsite activities and field trips.
•I agree that Camp Summertime or its staff are not responsible
for articles of clothing or personal belongings lost or damaged
by fire, theft, etc.
•I understand that Camp Summertime does not recommend
campers to bring expensive clothing, radios, cameras, jewelry,
sports equipment, ipods, cell phones, etc. to camp.
•I give consent to Camp Summertime to use any pictures
of my child for advertising or promotion.
•I understand that all forms including Health Forms,
Release Forms and Confidential Information Forms must
be completed and returned to Camp Summertime before my
child’s first day of camp.
