TERMS OF AGREEMENT: Pursuant to this binding agreement, advertiser shall pay Bridal Showplace the amount above for advertising and marketing services. ADVERTISING DETAILS: The workbook will be made available through bookstores such as Amazon.com, Barnes and Nobles, AbeBooks, Baker & Taylor, R.R. Bowker's Books, Alibris and others as well as at bridal events, and online. PAYMENT: The Bridal Showplace reserves the right to hold Advertiser and its authorized advertising agent jointly liable for any and all amounts owed. If payment is not made the Bridal Showplace reserves the right to remove clients advertisements and contract may be terminated. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These terms contain the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This agreement supersedes any written or oral agreements between the parties except where permission is granted to use written content from client for editorial purposes or photographs and images from client to be used in a promotional format. TRUTH IN ADVERTISING / INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to (1) the Advertisement, and/or (2) any material to which users can link through the Advertisement. Advertiser agrees to indemnify The Bridal Marketing Group and Bridal Showplace and to hold The Bridal Marketing Group and Bridal Showplace harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by The Bridal Marketing Group and Bridal Showplace, arising out of or related to Advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties. LICENSE AGREEMENT: The SoCal Wedding Workbook is licensed to Bridal Showplace. The Bridal Marketing Group is not responsible for any legalities or promises made by Bridal Showplace to Bridal Showplace clients including the advertising to be placed in the SoCal Wedding Workbook or on any website.
