Sessions Attending	*	BB Guardians: Ages 5-6 (Born 2017-2018). June 1st - August 17th. Thursdays 4:30-5:30PM (12 Sessions). Early Bird $300. Young Guardians: Ages 7-9 (Born 2014-2016). June 1st - August 17th. Thursdays 6:00PM-7:30PM (12 Sessions). Early Bird $315. Unguardables: Ages 10-12 (Born 2011-2013). June 1st - August 17th. Thursdays 6:00PM-7:30PM (12 Sessions). Early Bird $325. July Summer Long Day Camp: Ages 12-14 (Born 2009-2011). July 10th - 27th. Monday - Thursday 1:00PM - 4:00PM (12 Sessions). Early Bird $650. August Summer Long Day Camp: Ages 12-14 (Born 2009-2011). August 14th - 31st. Monday - Thursday 1:00PM - 4:00PM (12 Sessions). Early Bird $650.

Refunds: All sessions include a $40 non-refundable processing fee which covers payment fees, administration and registration fees. Greater than 30 days from the program start date - Eligible for a full refund minus processing fee. Less than 30 days from program start date - Eligible for 50% refund minus processing fee. Less than 14 days from program start date - No Refund will be issued.
Terms and Conditions The applicant understands that risk is inherent in any physical activity and agrees that the Volleydome and Guardians Basketball and/or any individual connected with them will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss however caused. By registering for a session with Gaurdians Basketball I accept personal responsibility for my participation in any activities and I agree to do so at my own risk. The Volleydome and Guardinas Basketball will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or ambulance service in connection with such participation. I understand that every attempt will be made to contact the guardian or emergency contact should any emergency medical treatment or services be necessary. In the event that I or my alternate contact can not be reached, I give full consent for any licensed emergency service/medical personnel to provide treatment or service necessary to maintain the health of my child. Applicant agrees to permit Guardians Basketball to take photographs of your son or daughter, which may be used on our website/social media for promotional purposes.
