NCFC POLICY: Members may sign up for sessions on a first come, first served basis. If your preferred session is full, please put your name on the wait list. We will make every effort to accommodate your request! If your summer plans change, please be considerate of your fellow members and remove your child from the summer camp registration page as soon as possible. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made prior to April 30. No cancellations after April 30: Summer Camp fees will be billed after that date. After April 30, children can be added to a session or a waiting list. Parents must sign up children by Wednesday of the previous week. If your child is picked up more than 10 minutes late, your account will be charged a late fee of $10 for every 10 minutes thereafter.
