If you previously submitted the letter of exemption for your university/college, please note that in the 'comments' section. Grants cannot be used for Coach Travel or Expenses or for Volunteers, parents or other non-Collegiate archers.

Description
I understand by signing and submitting this request for funding that all of the above statements are true and correct. I certify that our club and team members meet the requirements as outlined on the first page of this application. The club is associated with the University and also can receive funds at the University/College. I further verify that my club is a member in good standing of US Collegiate Archery Association and I am authorized as a Club Officer/Varsity Coach to submit this request. Failure to adhere to the requirements or if the members do not attend this event will result in a request to return any funds received.
