There is a percentage of people who feel just like I do about a "talking head" on the internet asking you to pay $950 without visiting with the guy to see what you think of what he tells you.

I had trouble figuring out how I could do this. 

I can't make a profit at the $950 to help you through the whole process of writing and filing a Complaint then continue helping you make Motions and answer Motions and hopefully you win.

I used to do it more, but so often I get into a phone visit with a Borrower and  with no time limit and me not being paid for my time on the phone with someone, I simply could not afford it. 

To actually do any good I would have to spend the time teaching them what I do and why I am not doing things like they would.  

That might be a good idea.  So, my first offer is to help those who just don't have any money to spend and $950 is just too big of a risk. 

It would be the same for those who could pay it, but they have been burned by a scam or an attorney (which is really the same thing.) and they want some kind of sample of what I can or cannot deliver.  That is fair.

I talk to people a lot who just want to know more.  I don't regret it, but it always takes two or more hours and if it is not well structured to learn, I would be paid but I might not have held up my end on the teaching.

I am willing to try it. 

I propose 3 phone visits totaling 2.5 hours for $300 I will try to make every minute useful. 

We would first schedule a 30 minute call to talk about what I need from you and have you tell me what you think is going on.

It will go quickly, but if it helps us to get to know each other and what we intend to get done on the next calls I can deliver the value.

I would let you use the remaining two hours in one sitting of 2 hours if you wish. 

But, I think it would be much better if we scheduled two one hour calls. 

One for me to decide how best to help.  We both work on what we have covered and how it can be used. 

The last scheduled hour would be spent on actual battle preparation.  To have a plan that you can handle and help you initiate it. 

The possible outcomes:

1. Maybe you hate it and you are glad you didn't blow anymore money than you did. Good. You found out what you wanted to know.  But, I don't think this will happen

2. You may be able to go forward for awhile on your own.

3. You may decide that the full program may help you much more than you thought it could and that it is worth joining in the workshops.

Whatever, you do is your own choice. 

My promise is to give you more information.  I won't pitch anyone to do more.  I will answer any questions that you ask.

It is a $300 fee to take 2 & 1/2  hours to ask the questions you want to.  Like I said. 

There are a lot of people just wanting to tell me their story.  They want me to give them honest simple answers.  I can do that for you.
