- Annual Consent Forms for all team members (Please remind your team's parents to look up the form on our website. Our insurance company requires that we have those information on file for emergency situations.)

If you are having difficulties recruiting the required volunteers please contact us ASAP to discuss your options.

Your membership name is the "official" name that you registered under (usually your school), not the "nickname" that you might have given your team.

The B.C. Odyssey of the Mind program relies entirely on volunteers, and without them there would not be a program.

Therefore, EACH TEAM IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE JUDGE AND TWO TOURNAMENT WORKERS.

If a team does not provide the minimum number of judges and tournament workers, it may not be able to participate in the Qualifying and Provincial Tournaments.

All teams must supply at least 1 judge who will attend in full:
February 22, 2020 Judges Training: mandatory for both new and experienced judges
March 7th, 2020 (Qualifying Tournament),
April 4th, 2020 (Provincial Tournament).
<
As a BONUS for those teams who provide 2 Judges, they will have the option of not providing Tournament Worker Volunteers (just put N/A in each of the two required fields).

Both Tournament Workers are required to sign up for a shift at both tournaments (2-3 hrs). Those will be easy tasks that require no training or special knowledge (i.e. door-keeping, team check-in, food service, souvenir sales, help with Friday night set up). Please refer to the BC Policies included in part 1 of your membership package for age restrictions. Our Volunteer Coordinator will contact your tournament workers directly as soon as the sign-up site is ready to go.
