KNIGHTYME VIDEO TOURS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) A Knightyme Studios Videographer will arrive at the designated property at a prearranged time. An agent is required to be present during the shoot and is solely responsible for providing access for the videographer to the various amenities of the community and for gaining permission to film each location. 2) The videographer will shoot only the amenities requested on this order form. 3) If ordered, still photos will be taken of the various features of the community. 4) Footage from the video shoot is edited together to create a complete and thorough visual walkthrough of the property. 5) The voiceover script is written and recorded in a manner that coincides with the video edit described above; taking into account any information about the community given by the agent or owner in this order form. The recorded narration is then inserted and synchronized to the video. 6) Music selections will be pulled from the Knightyme Studios library of license-free custom music and inserted into the final video edit. 7) The final video edit consisting of the video walkthrough, voiceover narration, and custom music is converted into a format suitable for streaming Internet playback, and the link to your Knightyme Community Video Tour will be emailed to you for approval purposes. 8) Payment is due in full upon the completion of the project, and may be made online using a credit card. If payment is made by check, it should be made out to KNIGHTYME STUDIOS, INC. and mailed to 2875 Breckinridge Boulevard Suite 700 Duluth Georgia 30096. VIDEO TOURS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If full payment is not made upon completion of the project, the video tour will not be posted or emailed, and all approval links will be disabled. 9) Once full payment has been made, photos and/or DVDs (if ordered) will be mailed to an address that the customer specifies. Knightyme Video Tours and Knightyme Studios Incorporated reserves the right to use any part of all videos produced by either company in either or both of its ongoing marketing campaigns.
