Terms of Agreement: Pursuant to this binding agreement, advertiser shall pay The Bridal Marketing Group the amount indicated above for the marketing campaign described in the terms of agreement provided me. ADVERTISING DETAILS: I understand that I will be receiving the marketing component(s) outlined in that agreement for 12 months from the date of this contract. I understand that each of my paid ads have a 12-month ad life. PAYMENT: The Bridal Marketing Group reserves the right to hold Advertiser and its authorized advertising agent jointly liable for any and all amounts owed. TRUTH IN ADVERTISING / INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to (1) the Advertisement, and/or (2) any material to which users can link through the Advertisement. Advertiser agrees to indemnify The Bridal Marketing Group and to hold The Bridal Marketing Group harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by The Bridal Marketing Group, arising out of or related to Advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.
