Please provide this weekly update every (Monday) if possible.

We are asking all property management partners to provide a weekly update on the current status of our client's properties (new vacancies, 30 day notices, rented units...etc).

This helps to ensure that we stay informed of all vacancy and rental changes as they occur. By providing this information weekly, you help us improve communication and reaction timing.

As you know our two main areas of focus are increasing income and lowering expenses. Vacancies are the highest expense of all for investors and property owners.

The number one concern investors have is prolonged vacancies. We like to be proactive to limit this through fast communication and planning.
