You will receive an email if the device is out of warranty before we submit a repair request.
Device Repairs: Devices will be covered under warranty unless deemed otherwise. The loaner unit provided has a $300.00 value. By providing your credit card you are approving that the loaner will be charged to your credit card if WSS deems that your device is lost/stolen or damaged. Please provide your credit card & expiry date.

After submitting the onlline request form, print the confirmation page emailed to you and attach it to the defective merchandise before shipping it.
Terms & Conditions Client accepts & claims full responsibility of loaner phone (if applicable), and agrees to pay full value of the unit, if lost/damaged. Client agrees to pay for any charges that are incurred on the unit that has been submitted for service, not covered under manufacturer’s warranty, and any charges that are incurred for out of warranty handsets. In the case where the unit has been declared BER (Beyond Economical Repair), the client accepts & agrees to pay for a replacement handset (if the handset is user/liquid damage, or if the handsets damage is not covered under warranty). » When a handset returns from repairs, WSS will make 3 attempts (one per week) to contact the customer, to pick the unit up. In the case where the handset has not been picked up 30 days from the first date of contact, a fee may be charged to the customers account, or the unit will become the permanent possession of Wireless Systems Solutions Inc. In the case where there is No Fault Found with the unit, a $50.00 fee will be applied for Inspection, by the Service Centre (WSS will verify functionality of the unit, prior to contacting customer).
