I have read and I understand the Knightyme Video Tours Terms and Conditions: (1) ALL LIGHTS in the home MUST BE TURNED ON, the home MUST BE CLEAN, the home MUST BE READY FOR FILMING BEFORE THE VIDEOGRAPHER ARRIVES, and NO ONE ELSE can be inside the home during filming. If the home is not prepped for filming upon the videographer’s arrival (i.e. lights NOT turned on, home NOT cleaned and ready for filming, etc.) an additional fee will be added to your invoice in the amount of $50 for every 15 minutes of waiting and/or prepping. (2) While filming any part of the surrounding neighborhood community, you or homeowner MUST accompany the videographer AT ALL TIMES. (3) The voiceover script for your video tour will be written BASED ON THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU IN THIS ORDER FORM. After the video has been made, if you request any changes to narration resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information given by you in this order form, you will be billed at an additional hourly rate of $200. (4) INCOMPLETE ORDER FORMS WILL BE REJECTED. (5) Payment is due in full upon the completion of the video. If payment is made by check, it should be made out to KNIGHTYME STUDIOS, INC. and mailed to 2875 Breckinridge Boulevard Suite 700 Duluth Georgia 30096. VIDEO TOURS WILL NOT BE RELEASED OR POSTED TO MLS SYSTEMS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. For your convenience, you may also pay online directly from the invoice using your credit card. If no changes are requested and full payment is not made within 48 hours of the date on the invoice, your video tour WILL NOT BE POSTED, and all approval links WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISABLED. (6) Knightyme Video Tours and Knightyme Studios Incorporated reserve the right to use any part of all videos produced by either company in either or both of its ongoing marketing campaigns.
