To qualify as a Platinum Verified Seller on AntiqueSpider we require that you complete this form & we verify your Identity through the documents you submit. The seller must submit either electronically, by fax, or via snail mail the personal & confidential documents showing the following:
(1) Federal Tax ID number and their personal Social Security number;
(2) Copy of a major credit card in the name used to register their AntiqueSpider account;
(3) A utility bill showing seller operates from the address used to register for their AntiqueSpider account.
(4) A current tax return for the business you are selling under or personal tax return if you sell as a private non-business entity. PLEASE BLACK OUT YOUR FINANCIAL DETAILS – MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TAX ID AND BUSINESS OR PERSONAL NAME ARE VISIBLE.
In addition, the seller must include in all of their item descriptions that they offer buyers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They must clearly list their return item instructions, policies on damaged-in-transit items and how to obtain refunds as well as any other policies that may pertain to the sale of Seller’s items.
You must provide accurate and current information to us
If you provide any information that is false, misleading, inaccurate, not current or incomplete during this process or otherwise, AntiqueSpider has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof). Any activities that are illegally carried on within the site will be reported to the appropriate federal, state or local authorities. Platinum Verified Sellers must be responsible for the AntiqueSpider account and the integrity of the listings it posts.
A Platinum Verified Seller oAn AntiqueSpider will be given html code to put a numbered PLATINUM LOGO in their item’s descriptions. Our Platinum Verified Sellers program will give prospective buyers confidence in your items and your business ethics.
